The different types of exercises and movements they expressed : Wu Tang Tai Chi Wu Tang Sword play Sholin Kungfu After a heavy workout from 7.00am to 9.00am, Breakthrough Cafe provided them with the most sumptious and healthy food. One happy group having a gala time, eating, feasting and lots and lots of laughter. Such are the happy people. Great! Workouts are held everyday at Pahlawan elevated field, at the covered shelter from 7 am to 9pm and entrance into their elite group is <strong>FREE</strong>.
